The change out from two (2) ton units two (3) ton units with the larger sizes made to fit into the smaller spaces was really a work of art to behold. I am totally impressed. I have used Central York for a number of years to maintain my heating and air conditioning systems. This year I have had to replace my air conditioner. From the time Mr. Joey Townsend came to my home to discuss putting in a new air conditioner, to the installation and a few days later to having David come by to make sure we understood how to operate the dual thermostat, I can only say I am very pleased. Brad and Jimmy did the actual installation and left NO mess. When they pulled down my attic steps, I noticed they had put cardboard down so as not to scratch my hardwood floor. As usual, they put coverings on their feet so as not to bring in any outside dirt. What else could I ask for!!! (When they were ready to leave, I tried to give them a tip but they maintained they were only doing their job and refused to take it). I run a service-oriented business and can only hope my employees are as thoughtful and considerate as ALL the employees I have encountered at Central York Corporation. Thank you for both great jobs you have done for us. Everyone was great about answering all of our questions. We had never had a heat pump before and were concerned but we were warm and comfortable all winter and the AC has been great.
