Batteries – new batteries will be installed in thermostats & carbon monoxide detectors on last ESA visit
Tune-Up Completion Certificate – 27 point Completion Certificate will be completed and presented to you to insure accuracy
Condenser Coil – will be cleaned
Evaporator Coil – will be cleaned, where accessible
Blower Wheel – will be inspected and cleaned as necessary
Refrigerant Charge – checked by superheat / subcooling
Air Filters – one inch poly filters will be replaces per ESA
Belts and Pulleys – will be inspected and adjusted
Lubrication – motors and bearings will be lubricated
Thermostat – will be checked for proper operation
Controls and Safeties – will be inspected and tested
Motors – will be inspected and cleaned as necessary
Capacitors – will be checked for proper operation
Condensate Drain – will be checked and Kon-Trol tablets added as needed
Crankcase Heater – will be checked for proper operation
Relays and Contactors – will be inspected
Unit Wiring – will be inspected and loose connections tightened
Unit Disconnect – will be inspected
Reversing Value – will be operationally checked
Auxiliary Heat Strips – will be inspected & tested
Heat Exchanger – will be inspected
Burners – will be inspected and cleaned as necessary
Thermocouple - will be replaced one time in heating season
Fan Switch – will be checked and adjusted as needed
Pilot – will be cleaned and adjusted as necessary
Gas Line – will be checked from the furnace shut-off value to burners
Flue Pipe – will be inspected
Ductwork – will be checked for air leaks & proper insulation
Emergency Float Switch – checked for proper operation
UV Protection – applied to outdoor unit to extend cabinet life
